Ambassador of Romania, Sena Latif, presented Romania’s Instrument of Ratification of the Framework Agreement of the International Solar Alliance to the Head of Depository, Joint Secretary (ED) P.S.Gangadhar.
The Ministry of External Affairs informed that the framework agreement was presented in the presence of Secretary (ER), MEA, Sudhakar Dalela and Vice Minister of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Clara Alexandra Volintiru.
