Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has reached Doha in Qatar to participate in the 11th Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the AIIB Investors Dialogue 2026.
The Annual Meeting will bring together member delegations, policymakers and other stakeholders from around the world to discuss the AIIB’s strategic direction, operational priorities and future agenda.
She was welcomed upon her arrival by Srikar Reddy Koppula, Ambassador of India to Qatar, at Hamad International Airport in Doha.
“The Union Finance Minister is scheduled to participate in the 11th Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the AIIB Investors Dialogue 2026 in Doha over the next two days,” Finance Ministry said in a post on X.
