Israeli AirStrikes Hit Multiple Sites in Southern Lebanon, Several Dead and Injured.

In Southern Lebanon, seven people have been killed and several others injured in Israeli airstrikes as clashes between Israel and Iran-backed armed group Hezbollah continue despite an existing ceasefire.

The strikes came shortly after the Israeli military warned residents of nine southern villages to evacuate. Although a ceasefire has been in effect since 17th of April, both sides have continued to exchange attacks.

According to Lebanon’s state news agency, one airstrike hit a car, killing two people, while another struck a house, leaving three dead. A separate strike in the village of Shoukin reportedly killed two more.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah said it launched a drone attack targeting Israeli troops gathered inside a house in the coastal village of Bayed.

The latest war between Israel and Hezbollah began on 2nd March, when Hezbollah fired rockets into northern Israel, two days after the United States and Israel launched a war against Iran.
