Prime Minister Modi arrives at Government House, Victoria for the 3rd annual leader summit.

Following the high-powered corporate meetings, the diplomatic centre of gravity has shifted to Government House, Victoria, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived for the highly anticipated 3rd Annual Leaders’ Summit alongside Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

The two leaders are expected to hold comprehensive talks on a host of critical topics. The high-stakes diplomatic deliberations will culminate with joint Press Statements, formalising new long-term institutional agreements between the two vibrant democracies.

During his visit, Mr. Modi will participate in the third India-Australia Annual Summit. He will also participate in the India-Australia CEOs Forum, where he will address a gathering of top business leaders from both countries.

The Prime Minister said this visit will add vigour to the India-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. In a social media post Mr. Modi said that he look forward to the talks with his Australian counterpart, Anthony Albanese. The Prime Minister said that he will also have the opportunity to interact with the Indian diaspora, which is an important pillar of India-Australia partnership.
